What is Fight of the Ages (FOTA)?
In this crypto game you will be developing your own NFT hero. It uses Microsoft’s MESH technology, which blends the real world and virtual reality, to create an augmented or “mixed reality.” It looks quite realistic, the way high quality graphics mesh with your own world, a la Pokemon Go but definitely next level.
There are eight races to choose from for your NFT battle hero, as well as three different in-game worlds. The game features its own in-game token $FOTA. It also offers rent to play feature, as well as their own marketplace where you buy and sell heroes, skins, and NFT equipment.
FOTA also features a DID (decentralized identity wallet) that can be used in this game and for your avatar in the FOTA metaverse. There is also a hybrid farming process, so you can earn more $FOTA by farming in combination with other liquidity provider tokens.
A cross NFT feature means you can transfer your existing NFT into part of the FOTA metaverse, making it easier for new players to enter the fray.
The game will release on IOS, Android, as well as PC.
Fight of the Ages Partners
The core team is led by Duc Trinh, the chairman at Dilon Media Solutions. Their CTO Ryan Nguyen is a former cyber security specialist at Microsoft.
FOTA’s backers include Microsoft, Dextools, and New Tribe Capital. The project has already done two audits from top blockchain security companies, Certik and Hacken.
How to Get Involved
The roadmap for Fight of the Ages is looking aggressive. This month you can get involved by visiting their Marketplace and buying the new heroes as they get released. As of this moment, it still says coming soon… which means we can still be among the first to get in.
Next month we can expect the release of Alpha version onto the iOS, Android, and PC. The IDO and public release onto Pancake Swap will also take place in February.
